      <image:caption>I conducted a competitive analysis of international and domestic film festivals web sites. I interviewed people who had a variety of experiences attending film festivals. This was used to create personas, journey maps and prototypes which were used in usability studies. Users wanted to find films of interest to them and purchase tickets. They also wanted to feel involved with the festival by voting for audience awards and sharing their experience with friends and fellow attendees.</image:caption>
